8th grade student Gertrude Thomas is a self-proclaimed “mad scientist”, who despises her classmates, especially the hall monitor and teacher’s pet Elliot Hatchman. In her relentless quest to engineer the perfect superhero rival, Gertrude clones Elliot in a digital world of her own creation, but through the battle she realizes maybe she’s doesn’t have to be such an outcast.
